Hi! I'm Emily King the Owner and Creative Director of Whiskey and White Events.
I have owned my successful wedding planning business for over 5 years now and want to share with you all of my secrets for creating epic events that leave clients saying, "I couldn't have done it with out you."
From celebrities to prominent public figures I have planned some amazing weddings and want to share with you eactly how I did it.
My goal is to support and teach aspiring wedding planners the right tools and knowledge to start and scale their businesses responsibly. My focus is on developing the foundation for how to serve clients well, sell successfully, create inspiring design, and execute a clients dream wedding.
Limited to 4 seats per session my goal is to provide opportunities for fostering new friendships, personalized attention, and a focus on your unique business and goals. This workshop is perfect for those individuals who have considered becoming a wedding planner or have just started their business, but don't know how to move forward towards their dream.
This 3 1/2 day in-person workshop in Cary, North Carolina, will put students through an intesive educational program where they will work to hone their skills and build a thriving wedding planning business.
The tickets for this workshop are $1900.

In Person Learning
Teaching is in person in a small group setting so that everyone has the opportunity to ask questions, fully understand the material and we can get specific about your individual business.
Teaching in small groups allows us to learn from others experience, role play to enhance learning, and foster friendships that last longer than our time together.

Photo Shoot
On the last day you will work through scouting, styling, creating, and producing a photo shoot. This shoot will provide you with website ready images that you can use to enhance your brand and sell your services to potential clients.
Included with this shoot are headshots of each client so that they can put their best face forward.
Students will also be given all educational materials, a cocktail reception, lunch each day and a farewell dinner on our final day. If you don't live locally then you will need to provide your own lodging and transportation to and from the classes location each day and meals not provided through the workshop.
